Shipping Policy

All items under one pound will ship USPS First Class Mail, which generally takes 3-5 days, depending on your location. There is a Priority Mail option available at checkout which offers 2-3 day shipping, but it is not guaranteed by the post office.

If you need guaranteed, overnight shipping, please contact me for rates and availability. As you may know, USPS is doing their very best to get things to people as accurately and as quickly as possible, but delays and mishaps can sometimes occur, and will not be subject to a refund.

All orders will receive tracking information.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because of the custom nature of many of my products, I am inclined to avoid a return or exchange policy. I always offer a proof on custom work, and I won't print without your approval. Errors found after approval will not be subject to a refund.

That said, I understand that life sometimes happens in ways we don't expect, and I'd rather you reach out to me, rather than maybe leaving a less-than-stellar review somewhere, if you are unsatisfied with your order. If I am at fault, I will do my best to make it right -- or at the very least, improve my practices for the future.
